Commissioned by Amphion Boulevart worked on the Flash and PHP side of things for the Belgian Coca Cola christmas campaign.

As a little Elf you can help decorate the Coca Cola christmas tree with your own personalized message.

Upload pictures, take a snaphsot with your webcam, use a picture of the coke photo album, fancy 3d animations… It’s all there.

With every card you send you support the Cliniclowns with 5 eurocents.

Amphion, the interactive agency for Coca Cola, commissioned us to work at the latest Coke Zero campaign: Quantum of Solace.

This great campaign has been developed in Flash and PHP by us. Concept, design, sound and video was done by the fabulous Amphion crew.

Your mission: dismantle the Booby trap by untying a a rival secret agent her dress.

Technical note:

We wrote our own After Effects scripts to port the motion tracking as cue points in the video. We then used the coordinates from the video cue points in Flash for the collision detection.

It’s been lots of fun working on this project.

We are currently developing a small AIR application to simplify tracing in flash (and flex)
The idea is pretty much the same as LuminicBox, X-Ray, … but adapted to our needs.

Main features
- Tracing from the browser, IDE or standalone
- Exploring arrays, custom classes, objects, … in multiple depths
- 3 levels for filtering you results (debug, status, error)
- Easy search through your traces

Future wishlist
- Better management of the popups
- Custom classes will output their property names
- Bitmapdata will display a thumbnail
- Sound will add a control bar to test it
- Better design and/or fixing some of the styling errors
- Add an auto-updater

Please note that this is still very much in beta. Errors and unexpected behaviour will occure, but I encourge everyone to use it and send us feedback so we can improve it!
Also note that it is unsigned and does not have an auto-updater yet.
Once i’m back from vacation i’ll fix these things as soon as possible.

Usage
- Add the source files to your classpath.
- Import the classpath:
import be.boulevart.whitefly.Fly;

- Use one of these lines of code to trace your item:
Fly.debug(item);
Fly.status(item);

We finished an event guide for Scotch On The Rocks today. Thomas experimented on a global navigation concept, based on stunning motion graphics, composed by his friend Ben Dekeyzer who is also elected for the semifinal round in Adobe’s Design Achievement Awards. It was a bit of a last minute call so we did not had the time to create installers. We are providing zip files containing both the flash lite 2 and 3 project. Check it out.

Nivea: My Silhouette!

For the lovely people at Qi-Ideas Amsterdam we did flash development for a mini campaign for Nivea called My Silhouette!

It’s a fun mini game where you have to do some jogging and cycling using your keyboard and the mouse. The goal is to lose enough centimeters to win some fine prizes.

A team of three went to Amsterdam and did a Flash rush to get the job done. It’s been intense but they had a great time. Everybody at Qi made them feel welcome and they were well taken care of.

Zita: Peace At Home

For Telenet we developed a mini campaign called Peace At Home. You have to answer 8 questions on which your profile is based later on. Depending on what kind of person you are you can download a song for you to enjoy.

You can increase your changes of winning a special digital reflex camera by inviting your friends.
The campaing is released within the Zita portal.
